Resolving quality issues

Should your order not meet specifications, you will be able to raise any issues within 14 calendar days of receiving your parts. Our order fulfilment team will resolve these issues as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.

If you are not satisfied you can return your parts via the return form in your delivered package. You can also plan a DHL pick-up here.

Deliveries are considered accepted 14 calendar days upon delivery.
